2. Services

The CDL Agency provides CDL driver recruiting services on a pay-per-driver basis for motor carriers. Our services include but are not limited to:

Driver recruitment and placement
Carrier onboarding and account management
Job posting and driver matching
Lead generation for carriers and drivers

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into binding contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payment Terms

Carriers using our pay-per-driver recruiting service agree to the fee structure outlined in their service agreement. Payments are due according to the terms specified in your individual carrier agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. SMS/Text Messaging

By submitting your phone number through any form on our website, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from The CDL Agency related to our services. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message frequency varies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on this website are the property of The CDL Agency or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The CDL Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that drivers placed through our services will meet all of your specific requirements or remain employed for any particular duration.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Lake County, Illinois.
