Pay Per Driver
Only Pay When We Place a Driver
No monthly retainer. No long contracts. You only pay a flat fee for each qualified CDL driver we place in your seats — perfect for fleets of any size.
Every driver is pre-screened and verified before they reach you. You pay in two parts — half when the driver starts and half after 14 days, so you're protected if a driver doesn't stick.

Who We Work With
Tired of empty seats and risky recruiters?
Sitting trucks bleed money every single day they're not moving freight.
Other pay-per-driver services flood you with unqualified, no-show candidates you still have to chase.
You're forced into expensive monthly retainers before you've seen a single driver placed.
When a hire falls through, you eat the cost and start the whole search over.
Pay-per-driver, done right
Performance-Based
You pay a flat fee only when a driver is placed and starts. No retainer, no wasted spend.
Pre-Screened Drivers
We verify CDL, experience, and work history before a candidate ever reaches your desk.
Pay Half After 14 Days
Half the fee is due when the driver starts and the rest after 14 days — if they don't make two weeks, you don't owe the balance.
Fast Turnaround
Candidates start flowing in right away. Across the carriers we work with, our team sources around 100 drivers a day for approval — your seats tap into a pipeline that's already moving. Fill seats while freight is hot.
No Long Contracts
Use us for one seat or fifty. Scale up or pause anytime — you're never locked in.
Any Fleet Size
Owner-operators to 200+ truck fleets. The pay-per-driver model fits every operation.

Carriers who only paid for drivers who started
"We only paid when drivers actually started. Filled 6 seats in three weeks without a retainer."
— Regional Carrier, IL
"Half on arrival, half after two weeks — they're invested in the driver actually sticking, not just collecting a fee."
— Owner-Operator Fleet
"Best part — no monthly fee. We turn it on when we need seats filled and the drivers are qualified."
— Midwest Dry Van Carrier
How pay-per-driver actually works
Pay-per-driver is the simplest way to fill a seat: there is no retainer, no setup invoice, and no monthly minimum. You tell us the lane, the pay, and the equipment, and you only owe a fee when a driver we sourced actually shows up and starts. If we never place anyone, you never pay a cent — the risk sits with us, not with your fuel budget.
The fee itself is split into two halves so a placement has to stick before it's fully earned. Say we agree on a per-driver fee on your free call. The first half is due when the driver arrives and runs their first load. The second half only clears after they've been with you 14 days. If a driver ghosts in week one or washes out before the two-week mark, you don't owe the back half — which is exactly why we refuse to send warm bodies just to hit a number.
What "pre-screened" really means here
Every candidate is checked before they ever hit your inbox. We confirm CDL class and endorsements, verify recent experience and employment history, talk through home-time and pay expectations, and flag gaps before you spend a minute on the phone. You interview drivers who already match your seat — not a stack of unqualified applications you have to dig through yourself. If you want the deeper playbook on screening for drivers who actually last, our guide on finding CDL drivers who stay breaks it down.
Who it fits best
Pay-per-driver is built for fleets that need specific seats filled now rather than a standing pipeline — owner-operators adding a second truck, small and mid-size carriers covering a handful of openings, and fleets testing a new lane. There's nothing to cancel and nothing to commit to: turn it on when a truck is sitting, pause it when you're full. If you'd rather have an always-on recruiting engine producing several hires a week, our Weekly Recruiting service is the better fit, and many carriers use both depending on how many seats they're chasing.
