Haul everything — dry van, reefer or open deck, all 48 states, no commodity restrictions. Rates go up to 70 CPM dry van, 73 reefer, 75 team dry van, 80 team reefer and 80 open deck, or take 28–30% of gross. Minimum 3,500 miles a week, all actual miles paid address to address. $1,000 sign-on bonus, and this is a 1099 position.
Pay statements go out Tuesday and money lands Thursday by direct deposit. Cash advances up to $200. Detention pays $20/hour after three hours, layover starts on day two, and rate confirmations are shared with every percentage driver.
Equipment is 2025–2026 Volvo and Freightliner with 2025–2026 trailers — fridge, microwave, inverter and APU in every truck, forward-facing camera only, governed 73 mph. There's an on-site shop, and if you break down you're either flown out or given a new truck.
The yard has free car parking, a 24/7 drivers' lounge with PlayStation and showers, and free lunch any time you're there for maintenance. Escrow is $1,250 (van) or $1,500 (open deck); occupational insurance is $179/month. Out 45+ days earns up to $150 home-time reimbursement.
What you need
- Valid CDL (no non-domicile or limited-term)
- 12+ months OTR experience, any trailer type
- Must run all 48 contiguous states
- Comfortable with high miles and live loads
- Stable employment record, no abandoned trucks
- Verifiable 6–12 month work history
- Max 2 violations in 12 months, 3 in 24 months
- Max 1 accident in the last 12 months
- No reckless driving in the last 3 years
- No licence suspensions in the last 12 months
- No failed or refused drug or alcohol tests in 3 years
- No felonies, DUI/DWI or SAP program
