No escrow and no deductions. Pay period runs Monday–Sunday with a one-week holdback; statements go out Friday and funds land Saturday or Monday depending on your bank. Cash advances up to $300 a week, and no LLC is required. Safety and inspection bonuses pay $750 (Level 1), $400 (Level 2) and $200 (Level 3), plus $25 per extra stop and $100 a day layover on breakdowns. There's a $1,000 referral bonus once your referral's first load delivers.
